Who we are

Remindeeu is an online platform for accountability partners, virtual coworking sessions and stake goals. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

Your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), country, timezone, language and bio. Goal details, availability ranges, dot schedules, bids, chat messages and audio space titles you create.

Information collected automatically

For every page you visit we record the page, referrer, date and time, IP address, approximate country and city derived from that IP, and your browser user agent. We use this to understand how the site is used, prevent abuse and improve our pages.

Payments

Payments are processed by Bachs. We do not store full card numbers. We keep records of amounts, status and Bachs reference identifiers for billing, stake penalties and partner payments.

Video and audio

Coworking sessions and audio spaces run on Daily. Calls are not recorded by Remindeeu. Daily processes call data under its own privacy terms.

Emails and live chat

We send verification codes, reminders and notifications through Resend. Our support widget is provided by Tawk.to, which processes messages you send to support.

How we use information

To run your account and goals, match coworking sessions by timezone and language, send reminders, process payments and penalties, connect goalies and partners, keep the service secure and improve it.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers above to run Remindeeu, with the other party in a partner engagement or chat you join, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. These include rights under the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA, US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the Nigeria Data Protection Act. EU and UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority. Contact us to make a request.

Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, signed payment webhooks and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong unique password.
