Short answer
Virtual coworking puts you on a live video call with other people who are also working. Nobody talks much.
- Matched by overlapping timezones
- Grouped by shared language
- Daily reminders and a 15 minute heads up
Virtual coworking puts you on a live video call with other people who are also working. Nobody talks much. You say what you plan to finish, cameras stay on, and the quiet presence of others keeps you from drifting to your phone. It is the same effect that makes libraries and offices productive, delivered to your desk.
Most coworking tools make you hunt for a slot every time. Remindeeu flips that. You describe when you are usually free, once, and every evening Mr. Remindeeu looks at everyone who shares your language, finds the window that overlaps for the most people and books the room. You simply turn up.
Who it is for
- Remote workers and freelancers who miss office focus
- Students preparing for exams or writing assignments
- People with ADHD who benefit from body doubling
- Anyone who works better when someone can see them working
How it works
- Set your timezone, country, language and free hours

- Working beside people in the same language and timezone builds familiar routines.
Tips to get the most from it
- Write one specific task in the chat before you start, not a vague plan
- Pick a session length you can finish today, then extend once it feels easy

Frequently asked questions
Is virtual coworking effective?
Many people find it easier to start and stay on task when others can see them working, the same reason libraries feel productive. It works best with a clear task per session and a regular daily time.
Is virtual coworking free on Remindeeu?
Setting up your coworking goal is free. Matched sessions are part of the Virtual Coworking plan at $9 per month, which you can pause or cancel any time.
What is virtual coworking?
Virtual coworking means working alongside other people on a live video call. Each person works on their own task, and the shared presence makes it easier to start, stay focused and avoid distractions. It works like a library or office, delivered to your desk.
How does Remindeeu match coworking sessions?
You set your timezone, country, language and the range of hours you are free. Every evening Mr. Remindeeu finds the window where the most people who share your language overlap, books a Daily video room and notifies everyone.
What session lengths can I choose?
Sessions run for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours. Short sessions help you start; longer ones suit deep work and exam revision.
What do you actually do in a coworking session?
Say in one line what you plan to finish, work quietly with your camera on, then share what you got done at the end. Most people keep their microphone muted between the start and the finish.
Do I need to keep my camera on?
Camera on is the default because being seen is what creates the accountability. You can choose a camera optional style when you set up your coworking goal if you need it.
What equipment do I need?
A computer or phone with a camera and microphone and an up to date browser. Sessions run on Daily video inside Remindeeu, so there is nothing to download or install.
What if nobody overlaps with my hours?
If no one shares your window and language on a given day, you are not booked that day. Widening your availability range or adding a second time range gives you more matches.
Will I be reminded before sessions?
Yes. You get a morning summary of the day and a reminder 15 minutes before each session, by email and in the app.
Can I pause my coworking plan?
Yes. Pause for 1 to 7 days and resume any time. Paused goals are left out of matching until you return.
Do you accept cards from my country?
Yes. Payments are processed by Bachs, which accepts cards issued in every country, including the US, Canada, the UK and all of Europe. Prices are shown in US dollars and your bank converts the amount if your card uses another currency.
