Agreement

By creating an account or using Remindeeu you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate information and verify your email. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.

Virtual coworking

Sessions are scheduled automatically from the availability you provide. Behave respectfully on camera and in chat. We may remove anyone who harasses others or shares inappropriate content.

Stake goals

When you create a stake goal you authorize Remindeeu to charge your saved payment method for penalties according to the rules you set: each missed dot adds your chosen amount, and on the third default the total is charged and the counter resets. You are responsible for dotting honestly. Pauses are limited to 7 days at a time.

Accountability partners

Partners are independent and are not employees of Remindeeu. Goalies choose partners from bids and pay the accepted amount through Remindeeu. Partners must carry out the agreed check ins and dot only calls that actually happened.

Subscriptions

Coworking and stake plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Pausing does not stop billing unless stated at checkout.

Refunds

Subscription fees and collected penalties are generally not refundable. Partner payments may be refunded where a partner did not provide the agreed service. Contact support with details.

Not professional advice

Remindeeu supports motivation and accountability. It is not medical, mental health, addiction, legal or financial advice. Seek a qualified professional for those needs, and contact local emergency services if you are in danger.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, scrape data, send spam or use Remindeeu for anything unlawful.

Liability

Remindeeu is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
